Live in Motion Foundation is proud to announce its 2026–27 Board of Directors, an accomplished group of leaders united by a shared commitment to advancing mobility, strengthening the orthotics, prosthetics, and pedorthics profession, and expanding the Foundation’s impact.
As Live in Motion Foundation continues to evolve, our Board plays a critical role in guiding strategy, strengthening partnerships and ensuring that our work remains focused on the people and ideas that create meaningful change in mobility care.
Welcoming Our Newest Board Members
We are especially excited to welcome our newest directors, who bring valuable expertise, fresh perspectives, and a strong commitment to the Foundation’s mission. These new members will assume their roles on October 1st 2026.
Lesleigh Sisson CFo, CFm

Lesleigh Sisson is Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management for Hanger Clinic and founder of O&P Insight. With more than three decades of experience in orthotics and prosthetics, she is a trusted advisor and advocate for sustainable, patient-centered care, with deep expertise in revenue cycle management, compliance, leadership development, and practice strategy.
“The Live in Motion Foundation’s mission resonates deeply with my work. As we face growing demand for mobility care and healthcare challenges, the Foundation’s focus on education, research, and professional excellence is more critical than ever. I’m thrilled to bring my experience to this leadership role and help advance the ideas and people transforming lives through orthotic and prosthetic care.”
Shree Thaker

Shree Thaker is a healthcare communications leader dedicated to expanding access to assistive technologies, mobility devices, and resources for people with disabilities. Her experience spans organizations across O&P, rehabilitation, and nonprofit healthcare, and she currently leads Koki Communications, where she focuses on clear, accessible communication that supports better care and quality of life.
“Joining the Foundation at this pivotal point alongside the rebrand launch is exciting because of the refined effort to support researchers, students, and clinicians, as I have the unique opportunity to provide support from several unique lenses including health policy and marketing to fulfill patient and outcome centric goals.”
Brent Wright CPO

Brent Wright is a prosthetist and orthotist at EastPoint Prosthetics & Orthotics in Raleigh, North Carolina. A longtime innovator in the field, he is also cofounder of Advanced 3D, co-host of The Prosthetics & Orthotics Podcast, and cofounder of LifeNabled, a nonprofit focused on expanding access to prosthetic care worldwide.
“I came into this field as a sixteen-year-old tech, and I’ve been chasing the same question ever since: how do we get good care to more people? That’s what the Foundation is built around, and I want to help make the way in easier than it was for me.”
With Gratitude for Their Service
As we welcome new leadership, we also extend our sincere gratitude to Christopher Fairman of Great Lakes Orthotics & Prosthetics, Immediate Past Chair, and Chrysta Irolla of Hospital for Special Surgery as they conclude their service on the Board of Directors.
