The Live in Motion Foundation is proud to announce Jenna Padilla as the recipient of the 2026 Chester Haddan Scholar Award. This scholarship recognizes exceptional students pursuing careers in orthotics and prosthetics and reflects the Foundation’s commitment to strengthening the future mobility care workforce through educational opportunity and investment in emerging talent.
As demand for mobility care continues to grow, supporting the next generation of clinicians is essential to ensuring more individuals have access to high-quality, life-changing care. The Chester Haddan Scholar Award helps reduce financial barriers for students while empowering future professionals to restore mobility, independence, and quality of life for the patients they will serve.

Jenna Padilla recently completed her first year at California State University, Dominguez Hills, where she serves as a Patient Liaison for the student society. She previously earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with concentrations in Sports Psychology and Leadership from California State University, Long Beach.
Jenna will graduate in May 2027 and will be looking for residency.
Originally from Dixon, California, Jenna is also a certified Pilates instructor. She hopes to integrate Pilates principles and sports psychology into Orthotics and Prosthetics care to help individuals with limb loss or limb difference achieve their functional and personal goals. Outside of school and teaching Pilates, she enjoys exploring new coffee shops, paddleboarding, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
Jenna is deeply honored to be selected as the recipient of the Chester Haddan Scholarship. She is grateful for this recognition and looks forward to continuing to learn, grow, and contribute to the Orthotics and Prosthetics profession.
