Lesleigh Sisson is Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management for Hanger Clinic. She founded O&P Insight in 2015, a full-service consulting firm that supports orthotic and prosthetic clinics with revenue cycle management, compliance, strategic guidance, and leadership development. She is also a former co-owner of Prosthetic Center of Excellence.

With over three decades of experience in the O&P industry dating back to 1992, Lesleigh has built a reputation as a trusted advisor and advocate for sustainable, patient-centered care.

She is a Certified Fitter of Orthotics and Mastectomy through the American Board for Certification and a two-time recipient of the prestigious Sam E. Hammontree, CP Business Education Award (2018 and 2025).
